According to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, on April 23, 2011, Las Sendas has 94 homes that are currently “Active” on the market. Of those, 7 (7%) are lender-owned listings (bank-owned, REO’s, foreclosed), 11 (12%) are short sale listings (sold before foreclosure date), 1 (1%) is a relocation listing, and 75 (80%) are traditional listings.
At the same time, 50 Las Sendas homes are either pending or AWC (active with contingencies). AWC means they are under contract and waiting for contingencies to be met. Of those, 3 (6%) are lender-owned, 26 (52%) are short sales, 2 (4%) are relocations and 19 (38%) are traditional sales.
