Bank Owned Homes vs. REO's & Foreclosed Homes

Bank owned homes are the best deal in town! We have been fortunate to work with a client this month that were seeking to buy a home at very deep discounts in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler or Tempe. The client, T.J. and Leticia B., looked at a number of them, most of which were in very disasterous condition.
