Patio homes are similar to single family houses but are usually attached to another home on one side or wall. They typically are joined with the garages in the center. They also have small private back yards or a large private patio.
Townhouses typically are single-level or two-story homes that have a small yard or patio and have one or two assigned parking spaces. The parking spaces may or may not have covered parking for one or two cars.
Condominiums are "apartment style" homes, that are multi-family buildings, and do not have small yards. They usually have a small patio or balcony. Condominiums do not allow outdoor barbeque grills on the patio or balcony due to the fire codes. The community will usually have several barbeque grills placed throughout the community for your convenience. They may be gas or require charcoal.
